Alison is EVP of Creative at Ben Affleck and Matt Damon's Artists Equity in Los Angeles. Prior to this she was based in New York producing feature films with director Doug Liman. Her credits include The Instigators starring Matt Damon and Casey Affleck, Road House starring Jake Gyllenhaal, American Made starring Tom Cruise, Locked Down with Anne Hathaway and Chiwetel Ejiofor and Chaos Walking with Daisy Ridley and Tom Holland.

Alison hails from Northern Ireland, and worked as a maths teacher in London before taking the leap into the film industry. Her collaborations with incredible filmmakers over the years have given her invaluable front row access to the craft of directing, empowering her to write and direct her recent short film, Home Safe.
