Amanda Johnson-Zetterström is a film and television writer and producer. She's currently a Co-Executive Producer on Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble's hit Netflix series YOU starring Penn Badgley. Additional writing credits include Purity (Showtime) and The Diplomat (Netflix) as well as original pilots for Netflix and Warner Brothers. She is currently developing an hour-long country western musical/ghost horror drama with Borderless Pictures and co-creating an independent television comedy series with Mark Duplass. Amanda was a founding member of the NYC based company Animal Kingdom. During her time there, she co-produced Short Term 12 (SXSW 2013 Grand Jury & Audience Award) and helped shepherd movies like It Follows, Kicks, and Louder Than Bombs into production. Amanda lives in Los Angeles with her husband, dog and son. In addition to writing and producing, she loves skiing, knitting and making friends in strange places.
