Jess Kwan is the New York-based VP of The Concordia Fellowship, a unique artist development program for diverse US-based nonfiction filmmakers and a division of Concordia Studio. She drives strategy and programming, manages industry relations, and advises Fellows on financing and distribution as well as creative. She was previously COO at Fork Films, Abigail Disney's nonfiction production company. Prior to that, Jess worked at Archer Gray, managing operations and leading their documentary financing and investment arm. She started her career in the London and New York offices of specialty studio Focus Features, as part of the creative development and production teams.
