Sarah Hong is the General Counsel & Head of Business Affairs at 30WEST. In addition to negotiating 30WEST’s single-picture financing, production and distribution deals (for projects that have included I, TONYA, TIGER KING and LATE NIGHT), Sarah also handles deal-making with respect to 30WEST’s corporate investments, such as the company’s acquisition of a majority stake in award-winning NEON. She was previously an associate at Sloss Eckhouse Dasti Haynes LawCo, negotiating acquisition, development and distribution deals covering film, TV and digital media. Prior to her work in the entertainment industry, Sarah was an associate at the NYC corporate law firm, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she specialized in banking and other financial transactions.
